“I pledge that all of our clients will receive ethical, knowledgeable and personalized service. This will be done through consistent education, certification and in-house training of all our team members.”
Jon Schoen – President
At Cleaner and Dryer, we understand the frustration and anxiety that our clients endure when faced with emergency and disaster property clean-ups. There are so many things to be concerned with: where to sleep, what to eat, what clothing to wear…We are there to offer them some stability and assurance that their home will be restored to the best of our ability.
Our staff has over 30 years combined experience in the disaster cleaning and property restoration industry. We are a proud member of the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). We believe in educating our staff through attendance at national conventions and continuing education courses on water, fire and mold repair. We are proud to say that our Cleaner & Dryer technicians are the most knowledgeable in the industry.
We use state of the art equipment on all of our jobs. Our Hydro-X Extraction System easily removes water from the carpet and pad, forcing it through a series of hoses outside of the home. We combine this with Gail Force air movers which are designed for additional moisture removal from the floor. Finally, we utilize Low-Grain Refrigerant (LGR) Dehumidifiers to extract any lingering moisture and restore the room or home to optimal moisture levels and stop mold infiltration.
Started in 1996 as a home carpet-cleaning service, we are a family-owned and operated business serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. We welcome the opportunity to offer our services throughout the country. No location is too far for us to provide our exceptional customer service!
We will return your property to it’s pre-loss condition to the best of our ability. Many of our customers say that we leave their homes in better condition than before the disaster. Please contact us to set up an appointment with one of our staff and leave the worrying up to us.
