Water Damage Repair 2 - Cleaner and Dryer ToledoOur state of the art drying equipment reduces the humidity levels to dry your carpets, pads, and furniture quickly. We use truck-mounted extractors, Low-Grain Refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifiers and Gale Force air movers to dry the affected area quickly and efficiently. These dehumidifiers have the power to remove all water and moisture from walls, drywall, plaster, interior paint, cement floors, insulation, carpets, basements, and all of your effected areas. We dry wood floors completely, eliminating the need to replace them after water damage. We utilize industrial submersible and gas powered pumps for continuous pumping of high water levels. In addition, we use digital moisture detectors, hygrometers and other meters help to accurately measure the extent of the moisture infiltration. Any necessary repairs are done only when the area is free of moisture.

Sanitizing agents, germicides, and anti-microbial treatments are used to control odor caused from microorganisms which are attracted by excess moisture. They also stop the growth of bacteria, fungi, mildew and other harmful microorganisms, including Mold Infiltration, which can affect your family and pets.
